He was predeceased by: his mother Verona Cluff Baker; his wife Ouida June Baker (Goad); his parent Stine Baker; and his siblings, Boyd, Mike, Charles, Robert and Barbara.

He is survived by: his children, Lisa, Valerie and Brian (Liz); his siblings, Kent, Bonny and Jerry; his sister-in-law Ouanda Walton; his brother Andy; his sister-in-law Pat Goad; and his grandchildren, Aubrey, Serenity, Nicholas, Jessica (Wes), Molly (Raymond) and Katelyn (Tyler). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.

“I was sorry to hear of Tom's passing. We were cousins. His father Stine & my father Paul were brothers. My memories of him are from our younger years. He was always fun to be around.
