He is survived by: his wife Nancy Marie Neil; and his children, Jennifer Newbold (Zach), Joseph Neil (Jeanette), Eric Neil (Krista), Lori Carter (Jared) and Brad Neil (Alisha). He is also survived by one Grandchildren, six brothers and two sisters.
