He was predeceased by: his father Robert Joseph Blake Sr.; and his grandparents, Lester, Jane Richael, Glen and Grace Blake.
He is survived by: his mother Melissa Kay Richael Ostrander (Mark); his wife Paige LeAnn Bogue Poulsen; his siblings-in-law, Larry Norman and Andrea Gayle Bogue; his children, Layne Harrison Blake (Faith), Liam Joseph Blake, Mark Daniel Blake, Jarred David Poulsen (Kayla), Kasey Wayne Poulsen (Candice) and Rocky Lynn Griffith (Zac); his grandchildren, Maverick Blake, Dayton Poulsen (Porsche), Rhiatt, River, Madison, Preston Poulsen, Ashlynn, Damien, Devin, Parker, Jace Poulsen, Isabelle, Ava, Ruby, Quincy and Cru; and his brother Kyle Ivan Blake. He is also survived by his family, friends.
