He is survived by: his former wife Annette Woolstenhulme; his daughters, Khrisha Carter (Brooke), Kimberly Carter, Tiffany Cummings and Cassandra Carter; his grandchildren, Breanna, Brynleigh, Irelynne, Zayleigh, Chaise Wachter (Kenzie), Trenton, Kaiden, Traigen, Troy and Cameron; his great grandchild Braxton; his nieces and nephews, Mindy Gibbons (Steffan), Lindsay Sharp (Bryan), Meaghan Carter, Christian Gibbons, Zach Egan Popelka (Alex) and Travis Whittaker (Nancy); and his stepchildren, Rick Unopulos, Jim Purper, Tammy Unopulos, Sabrillya Cowan (Jason) and Julia Elliot (Randy).
