He was predeceased by: his father Horace Lee. He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Ellice Gum, Mary Elvira Gum, Jack Lee Gum and Betty Jean Gum; his adoptive daughter Cynthia Gum; his stepson Jody Jolley (Fifi); his sons, James Gum (Jim) and Lesley Gum; his adoptive daughters, Susan, Joy, Amy and Audrey Foote Gum; his stepdaughters, Kari Jolley and Missy Jolley; and his grandchildren, Alan, Shauna, Austin, Sheldon, Treasure, Alexandra, Jaida, Marcus, Mason, Zoey, Brittney, Brandon, Mickie, Secelia, Jude, Jesse, Oliver, Sasha and Brianna. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Utah Veterans Cemetery & Memorial Park Chapel (17111 S Camp Williams Rd, Bluffdale, UT 84065). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the High School (802 N 650 E, Nephi, UT 84648).
