He is survived by: his grandchildren, Nathan, Mandi, Garrett, Trevor, Keith, Tina, Riley, Morgan, Carson and Cassidy; his great grandchildren, Paisleigh, Canyon, Ruger, Benjamin, Hudson, Aiden, Brody, Chase, Kaydence and Ember; his caregiver Rebekah; and his children, John Lambert, Sally Wood, Howard Allan Lambert (Chantae), Shauna Ireland (Shawn) and Amy Callaway.
