With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Madeline Lewis (Bluffdale, Utah), born in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, who passed away on August 21, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marvin Ogle and Nellie Ogle; and her children, G. Franklin Lewis (Christie), Janie Shumway (Randal) and Brad Lewis (Alair). She was also cherished by 20 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, Madeline would be delighted if you considered a donation in her honor to the humanitarian aid arm of Latter-day Saint Charities or your local animal shelter.
