She is survived by: her close friends, Cheryl Whipple, Judy Lund and Brenda Nim; her children, Scott Randall (Debra), Brooke Anthon and Paige Cavanaugh; her siblings, Dwight Tolley (Kris), Kevin Tolley (Kristy), Mike Tolley (Janice) and Suz Tolley; and her caregiver Nyshea of Utah Home.
