He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stuart and Myrtle Stuart; his brothers, Eugene, Ernest and Lamar; and his great grandchild Rex Stuart.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Bell; and his children, Chuck (April), Mark, Darren (Tamara), Lynn (Tina), Ryan (Mikki), Debbie Gee (Earl) and Amy Bohman (David). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He had no guile, loved wholly and completely, and epitomized the definition of charity.
