With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Carter (Bluffdale, Utah), born in Streator, Illinois, who passed away on April 8, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Irene Hoenshell and Robert Hoenshell; her children, Jessica Boyer (Darren), Jenny Hancock, Matt Wiker (Stephanie), Nick Wiker (Lilly) and Danielle Nielsen (Jeff); and her husband Ron Carter.

She has battled Parkinson's for the last 6 years and as her death was unexpected it was peaceful.
