He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford T. Passey and Ruby E. Passey; and his sister Ann. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy L. Hulse (Fritz G.) and Samantha R. Warr (Andy); his grandchildren, Skyler (Amber), Emily, Joshua (Meggan), Jeremy, Ruger, Beau and Payton; his great grandchildren, Laila, Brynleigh, Jace, Kallie, Greyson, Oliver and Noah; his stepson Anthony Mooney (Tifany); and his sisters, Mildred Moser (Al) and Carolyn Petrick (Scott).
A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park (17111 1700 W, Bluffdale, UT 84065). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at 13863 S 2700 W Ste 101A, Bluffdale, UT 84065.
