He is survived by: his wife Tamela Hoffman; his children, Nicole Cruth (Daniel), Bryon Getchell Roosevelt and Bradley Getchell; his grandchildren, Brynlee, Kaylee and Jonathon Farnsworth; his children, Braxton Cruth, Ryker, Ragen and Ryon Getchell; and his sisters, Sheryll Taylor of Duchesne, Utah, Tammy Ivie (Richard) of Duchesne, Utah, Karen Batchelor of Duchesne, Utah, Dale Ann Hoyt (Danny), Dickinson, Alaina Rasmussen, Annette Getchell, Vernal and Sheila Mezenen.
