Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Howard Owen Jenkins of Bluebell, Utah, who passed away at the age of 91, on June 15, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Henry and Sephronia Connell Jenkins; his wife Fontella Murray; and his siblings, Henry, Herbert, Joe, Glenn Jenkins, Ruby Buckalew, Marie Hamaker and Elaine Kappen.

He is survived by: his children, Gary Jenkins (Paula), Sherri Giles (Ron) and Bruce Jenkins (Toni); and his sister Hazel King. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that you send donations to Duchesne County Home Delivered Meals, 330 East 100 South, Roosevelt, UT 84066.
