He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVaur Hanks Wilcox and Laura Mae Baird; and his son Aaron. He is survived by: his siblings, Melvin, Virginia, Keith, Katherine, Ron and Jerry; his friend Navajo; his children, CJ, Michael, Kylee, Hailey, Daniel, Adam, Natalie, Emily, Lily and Quentin; his grandchildren, Quincy, Sage, Ava, Brig and Jens; his son Anthony (Ashley Farnsworth); his grandchildren, Sam, Logan, Lawsyn and Emma; and his children, Hunter, Peyton, Heber, Andrew (Amy Roberts), Madison, Jaxson and Gannon.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Blanding LDS North Chapel (255 E 200 N, Blanding, UT 84511). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. They faced many challenges during their marriage: a house fire, death of their oldest son, and Steve's battles with Covid and other health issues.
