We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2022, at the age of 79, Ned James Palmer (Blanding, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lynn and Fern Laws Palmer; his siblings, Linda Sparling, Kent Palmer, Jack Palmer and Jay Palmer; and his grandsons, Slade Streeper and Richard Monson.

He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Palmer; and his daughters, Terri Valdez (Ray), Sheila Monson (Rich), Nedra Streeper (Carolee) and Collette Taylor (Tom).
