He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank "Bo" Montella and Afton Burtenshaw; and his sisters, Connie Nelson and Brenda Montella. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brewster; his sons, Tony Montella (Taura) of St. George and Todd Montella (Jeri) of Blanding; his siblings, Teresa Dahle (Joseph), Clara Palmer (Lyman), Millie Marks (Steve), Jack Montella (Kathryn) and James Montella (Stacey); and also, Jack and James. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
