It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bart Flannery Palmer (Blanding, Utah), born in Monticello, Utah, who passed away on February 3, 2023, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Don Washburn Palmer. He is survived by: his mother Patti Palmer; his wife Sheri; his children, Shaylei Barney (Trent), Tavi Harrison, Dylan Palmer and Owen Palmer; his grandchildren, Khloe Marie, Roe Bart and Ivy Rose; and his siblings, Todd, Dawnan, Danny, Cole and Kate.
