He was predeceased by: his parents, Bliss Sterling and Jane Beckstead Elmer; his son Clint Ray Elmer; his sister Barbara; his brother-in-law Jim Butler; his nephew Joe Elmer; and his niece Brooke Barnes.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Lee Stickney of Bicknell; his children, Dallas, Kristina Elmer of Fremont, Cory, Michelle Elmer of Monroe, Cole and Darci Elmer of Bicknell; his daughter-in-law Kami Elmer of Monroe; and his sister Dub Barnes of Payson. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
Due to the restrictions with the COVID-19, if people want to show their love and respect for Mark, they can park along the cemetery road and stand by their cars as the funeral procession passes by around 10:45 A. M. on Monday.
Bicknell, Utah – On this day, April 23, 2020, an amazing man, Mark Bliss Elmer, gave up his mortal body and made his way to heaven after a valiant battle with Parkinson's and cancer to unite with his son, parents and sister.
