He was predeceased by: his close friend Dotti; his parents, Brigham Floyd and Norma Blackett Garrett; and his brothers, Jack, Carl, Marcus (Garvene), Verl and Clyde (Carolyn).
He is survived by: his children, David Kenneth (Theresa), Sharing Chapman Anderson, Kelly John and Elena Seal (Todd); his foster children, Arvella Merrill and Lucy Tsosie; his siblings, Richard (Gayle), Michael (Connee) and Bonnie (Leo); and his sister-in-law Lucille (Verl). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
