She is survived by: her children, Scott J. of Bicknell, Heidi Woolsey of Bicknell, Wade R. of Bicknell and Valerie Woolsey of Bicknell; her grandchildren, Whitney Kae, Waylon J. and Sierra Summer Woolsey; her brother Ronald A. Rees of Loa; and her daughter Amy Hatch Gleave of St. George.
