He was predeceased by: his parents, Tillman Woolsey and Alcea Heaps Woolsey; his children, Jerry Rulon Woolsey, Donald Dewey Woolsey, Mary Woolsey and Marie Woolsey; his son-in-law Jeff Wilson; his grandson Bryce Thompson; and his siblings, Bud Woolsey, Rula Christenson, Wells Woolsey, Elnora Williams, Billy Dean Ellett and Phillis Woolsey.
He is survived by: his brother Dewey Heaps Woolsey; his children, Joan Woolsey of Richfield, Alcea Bagley, Verl Bagley of Greenwich, Kathleen Wilson of Sandy and Annette Woolsey of Bicknell; his daughter-in-law Kathy R. Woolsey of Bicknell; and his siblings, Mona Gene Sorenson of Santaquin, Rae Smith of Parowan, Warren Woolsey of Cedar City, Milton Woolsey of Bakersfield and Donald Cowles of Santaquin. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren.
