She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Ethel Wolf, Martha Perry and R. "Pops" Stratton. She is survived by: her parents, Malissa Culbertson and Justin Culbertson; her brother Jaydin Culbertson of Enoch, UT; and her grandparents, Jim, Lori Culbertson of Enoch, UT, Ed, Kim Kerby of Phoenix, AZ and Tobi Wolf Kerby.
