He was predeceased by: his children, Curtis Bradshaw and Shawnda Hodges; his parents, William Bradshaw and Hazel Bradshaw; his siblings, Claude Bradshaw, Audrey Hutchings (Norman), Bernice Ashley (Joe), Dot Guyman (Keith) and Jetta Barnes (Ludean); and also Nowers.
He is survived by: his children, William Chad Bradshaw of Grand Junction, CO and Fawn Rangel (Joe) of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
