He is survived by: his mother Karyl Faulkner; his wife Susan Faulkner (Pitzak); his children, Sabrina and Nathanael Faulkner; and his brothers, Christopher Faulkner, Nick Faulkner (Nancy), Courtney Faulkner and Jeff Skinner (Nancy).
