He was predeceased by: his parents, Hyrum Lee and Flaral Lee; his wife Colleen Cox; his brother Clair; and his great grandchild Sandra Jane White.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Carter (Reed) of Beaver, Michael Lee (Vicki) of Parowan, Bruce Lee (Jolene) of Enoch, Steven Lee of Provo and Marianne White (Joseph) of Beaver; and his brother Merrill of Beaver. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
