He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Seth Beal and Carolyn Davera Beal (Spellerberg); his wife Joan Frances Beal (Mills); and his siblings, Norma Jayne Munro (Beal) and John Carter Beal.
He is survived by: his children, Sheri Lyn Phillips Salt (Don), Sheryl Lyn Warner (Ray) and Robby Lee Beal of LaVerkin, UT.; his grandchildren, Sascha, Shea, Seth, Ammron, Nathaniel, Daniel (Sheri), Ashley, Kristen, Danielle, Natalie, Joshua, Matthew (Sheryl), Bree and Raidon (Robby); and his sisters, Barbara Dickensen of Huntington Beach, CA. and Carolyn Mix of Dayton, OH. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
