She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucy Phoebe White and William Edward Warby. She is survived by: her children, Linda Thomas (Craig) of Orem, Ronald (Donalene) of Clearfield, Bryan (Katherine) of Fayetteville, Kevin (Sharalee) of Orem and Janet Derryberry (Craig) of Beaver; and her brothers-in-law, Kent Myers (Cheri) and Lee Smith of Fallon Nevada. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren.
