She is survived by: her children, Kami Jensen (Austin Mortensen), Rodney Jacobsen (Nikki) of Richfield, UT, Robyn Jacobsen of Mesquite, NV and Layne Jacobsen (Sandra) of Saratoga Springs, UT; and her siblings, Kent Chavez (Billie), Phyllis Armstrong, Darlene Collier, Betty Lurenz, Jolene Maldonado and LaReesa Baldwin (Ray A.). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
