He was predeceased by: his parents, John Maddox and Nancy Maddox; and his siblings, Pauline Graham, Georgie Ann Maddox, Freda Stephenson, Bob and Don.
He is survived by: his children, Clifton (Vicki), Bryan (Susan) and Debbie Watson (David); his wife Delois; and his siblings, Maxine Minor, Jimmy Maddox and Larry Maddox. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
