He is survived by: his brother Gary; his half-sisters, Jill (Blackham) and Jackie (White); his spouses, Janice Larson and Maureen Forman; his children, Jamie Schulz (Cris) and Jon Robert Beutler; and his stepchildren, Kyle Hunt (Lisa), Daren Hunt (Candy), Leslee Lea (Joshua) and Danny Forman (Misha). He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 12 Step-grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren and 7 Step-Great Grandchildren.
