He was predeceased by: his children, Patti Waters, Danny Waters and Bradley Waters; and his grandchildren, Mesha Casper and Jeremy Carter.
He is survived by: his children, LaNett Carter (Gayle) of St. George, UT and Doris Rynearson (Randy) of South Jordan, UT. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren.
