She is survived by: her daughter Dona; her husband Dean Carter; her children, Lyle (Shanna Carter), Lary (Lisa Carter), Roger (Julie Barnes) and Rodney (LuAnn Carter); and her siblings, Eb Applegate, Gary Applegate (Marsha), Bryce Applegate and Nona Bradshaw (Jo). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren and her first great-great grandchild.
