He was predeceased by: his parents, Karen Bohn and Edwin Bohn of Beaver, UT.. He is survived by: his siblings, Lisa Chavez of Scottsdale, AZ and Christopher Bohn of Scottsdale, AZ; his son Kaleb Sy Bohn of Monte Vista, CO.; and his brothers, Edwin Bohn, Jr., Russell Bohn, Tommy Bohn, David Bohn, Sandy Bohn and Kevin Lyons.
Cremation was selected and the family has chosen to forgo funeral services at this time due to recent Covid concerns.
