He is survived by: his children, Benjamin Smith (Linda) of Beaver, Michael Smith (Jinyce) of Beaver, John Smith (Susan) of Beaver, Julie Davis (Randy) of Beaver and Edward Smith (Debbie) of Beaver. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 71 great-grandchildren.
