It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chad Warren Johnson (Beaver, Utah), born in Milford, Utah, who passed away on October 11, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren B. Johnson and Enid Lue Carter Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Denise Bradshaw (Bret) of Beaver, Utah, Marcy Davis (Darren) of Milford, Utah and Bryant Johnson (Nicole) of Lehi, Utah; and his sisters, Linda Weston (Brad) and Paula Culver (Ron). He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
