She is survived by: her father Ronald Dale; her husband Mark Edward Davis; her sons, Henry (Preston), Beaver Dam and Preston; her siblings, Esther Peters (Grady) of Jerome, ID, Lori Frost (Justin), Michael Ellsworth (Janica), Rachael Moyes (Jason), Roy, Amber Martini (Steven), Michelle Heslop (Brian) and Lisha Folsom (Jacob); and her parents-in-law, Eldon, Susan Davis, Jay Davis (Andrea), Amy Horspool (Corey), Nate Davis (Charity), Lyle (Teri), Andy Davis (Megan), Monty Davis (Becky) and Clinton.
