He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles Carlton Duncan, Clarence Harold Duncan and Annie Laura Duncan; his wife Eunice Ione Egbert; and his brother Carroll Scott Duncan (Rose).
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Lee Duncan (Linda), Lyle Thomas Duncan (Linda), Loreen Gay Henry (Robert), Dee David Duncan (Becky), Darrell Dean Duncan (Gayle), Eric Warren Duncan (Teri) and Lea Joy Taylor (Richard). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
