He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Jensen Christensen and Irving Christensen; his siblings, Lysle Christensen, Nola Christensen Nessler, Thirl Christensen, Gaylen Christensen, Floy Christensen Murray, Stanford Dee Christensen and Varge Christensen; and his grandsons, Curtly Tolboe and Jason Huggins (Taylor).
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Capener; his children, Denise Tolboe, Dennis Christensen (Rebeka), Eugene Christensen (Toni), Blair Christensen (Andrea) and Janilyn Huggins (Jason); and his sister Merideth Christensen Weese. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 41 great grandchildren.
