He is survived by: his wife Sally Rae Shaw of Aurora; his sons, Cory Heath, Brody Heath (Thalia Acevedo), Chett Heath (Jerusha), Monroe and Kurt Heath (Tara); his siblings, Patsy Phillips and Bill; and his sister-in-law KerriLynn Shaw. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great grand child.
