He was predeceased by: his mother Amy Curtis of Aurora, Utah.; his siblings, Chad Blaine, Karl Curtis and Lanette Allen; and his daughter-in-law Debra Benson.
He is survived by: his father Blaine Curtis; his brother Bart (Irene); his sister-in-law Kay; his nephews, Andrew Jerry "AJ" (Jennifer) and Kenneth Blaine (Renae); his great-nephew Buddy Benson; his great-niece Gina Hamideht; his grandchildren, Tyler, Breanna, Zachary, Dallin, Autumn, Rebekah, James, Amy, Ian, Rachel, Nathan, Zithlaly, Jared and Vivi; and his great grandchildren, Maddie, Olivia, Ellie, Clay, Layne and Owen Lee.
Our family expresses true gratitude to the wonderful, caring employees of Kane County Skilled Nursing Facility and Zion's Way Hospice for helping us navigate the unknown territory of dementia and Parkinson's Disease.
