She was predeceased by: her parents, Mahlin Sirus and Bertha Delilah Ohran Hansen; her son Ron Madsen; and her siblings, Virginia, Paul and Melissa.
She is survived by: her children, Terilene Maughan (LeRoy), Craig Madsen (Toddy), Diane Urry (Dave), Linda Phillips (Scott) and Bruce Madsen (Jill); her daughter-in-law Zirka Madsen; and her brother Carl Hansen (Linda). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the TheAmerican Fork City Cemetery.
