He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Lewis and Greta Lewis Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie of American Fork; his children, Christopher Lewis, Kevin J Lewis (Tina), Scott Lewis (Katherine), Rebecca Schow (Rob) and Michelle Trane (Todd); his brothers, Mark Lewis (Sherrie), Robert Lewis (Janet) and Ronald Lewis (Diane); and his half-sisters, Megan Hofheins and Aimee Lewis. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, a great-grandson.
