He is survived by: his mother Lorraine Elzinga; his wife Tiffany; his children, Blake, Ellie and Olivia; his siblings, Dean, Sherae, Bret, Mark, Chris, Shannon, David and Kristy Anna; and also Lorie. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
