He is survived by: his mother Vicki Butler (Glen); his stepmother Bonnie Bennett; his sisters, Jill Ingram and Kristy Burns (Tom); his stepsiblings, Robert Sullivan (Luanne) and Torie Gailey (Wayne); his daughters, Kilee Ashton (Matthew), Tiara Bennett and Chelsee Jensen (Bobbie); and his granddaughter Halie Summy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
