With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Scott Holmes (American Fork, Utah), born in Dallas, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his father Robert Holmes; and his brother Patrick Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lynn Davis Holmes; his daughter Amber Holmes (Xiao Ye); his mother Bettye Holmes; and his siblings, John Holmes, Amy Holmes and Beth Alonzo.
During his recovery, he had become his best self in years, but then he got COVID 19.
In lieu of flowers the family asks to instead make donations to the University of Utah lung transplant research program.
