He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Edwin Lewis and Hazel Inez Baker; and his siblings, Kathryn May Lewis, Elizabeth May Lewis, Jonathan Lewis and Carol Kaye Beeson (Joyce LaRue Lewis).
He is survived by: his former wife Joyce Mecham; his wife Margaret Ann; his sons, LeRoy Lewis, Gary Lewis, Clark Lewis and James Lewis; his stepchildren, Vicky Goodwin, Larry Engkraf, Joanna Carter, Cindy Bird, Michael Engkraf, Jeanne McEwan, Platte Clark and Tifany Allen; and his brother Albert Lewis. He is also survived by ses thirty-seven grandchildren and over forty great grandchildren.
