He was predeceased by: his mother Miriam Duke Jensen; his wife Sherry Fotheringham; and his father Fred Jensen. He is survived by: his close friends, Dennis Parker and Randy Mott; his children, Brandi Spears (Joshua), Dustin Jensen (Kimberly Ivie), Derek Jensen and Colby Jensen (Olga Ivanenko); his grandchildren, Sadie, Markelle, Hayden, Brynlee and Addison; and his siblings, Patricia Kirkwood (Richard), Kathy Colledge, Elayne Storrs (Jay) and Jeanine Wanlass (Rex).
