We are sad to announce that on June 21, 2020, at the age of 90, Richard Cook of American Fork, Utah, born in Logan, Utah passed away. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Bryson Cook and Marilla Crowther; and his siblings, Joseph, Mary Alice, Kathy and Sam.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Cook (Jan), Laura Riter (Randy), David Cook (Cheryl) and J. D. Cook. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
