We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2021, at the age of 71, Randy Dean Lewis of American Fork, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean R. Lewis and Esther Loween Lewis of American Fork, Utah.. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ruth Mecham Lewis; his children, Diona Lewis of Provo, Jameson Lewis (Julia), Shandy Lewis of West Jordan, Marcus Lewis of Sandy, Kariima Lewis of Provo, Tasia Lewis, Shalyna Lewis of Lehi, Kayla Booth (Stephen) of West Valley and Katina Taumohaapai (Sione Misa Ngaluma'a) of Lehi; and his siblings, Connie Simms (David) of Cedar Hills, Utah, Dr. David Lewis (Karen) of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Dr. Ted Lewis of Indianapolis, Indiana.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
