He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert G. Zimmerman and Ella Marie Eisenbeisz Zimmerman. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Jeffrey, Brian and Frederick (Scheminske); his grandsons, Kyle, Austin and Jacob (Scheminske); and his sister Sharon Moe (James).
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, or to the United Service Organization (USO).
